Automotive electronics EDI integration
Bring supply-chain data into business workflows, with a traceable exchange process.
The team contributed to interface integration between a supplier business platform and an automaker’s EDI system. The work connects external supply-chain requirements with internal operations through plan intake, business-data integration and feedback.

Connect external plans with internal operations
Supply-chain coordination spans external demand plans, internal business data and processing feedback. The project needed to map incoming plans and material requirements into business models, while clarifying dispersed data sources and the link between business confirmation and external feedback.
The solution defines integration paths for plan intake, risk feedback, internal-data submission and inventory-version synchronization, including each path’s data source, trigger and result-writeback rules.
Turn interface access into a business workflow
Integration configuration connects signing, interface requests, response parsing and business-model writes through connectors and action flows. Adaptations for nested responses and pagination support continuous processing across multiple pages.
Business-document and master-data mapping clarifies the relationship between intake, confirmation, feedback and writeback, aligning interface exchanges with internal business data.
Support delivery with integration-test records
UAT records document verification of signing, nested-response parsing, total-count detection and complete multi-page retrieval. They also document the signing-configuration and pagination-template adaptations made during testing.
The solution documents interface-configuration, field-mapping and result-writeback requirements. Integration-test records capture issue diagnosis and configuration changes, providing a basis for subsequent implementation, handover and maintenance.
